A DARK GREEN HORSE
Preston Manning has said he is interested in running for leadership of the Alberta Conservative party — as the environmental candidate. Frontrunner Jim Dinning has waited patiently for lo, these ten or twelve years, for his chance to be Premier. Manning has the money, the fame, the province-wide support and now he has claimed the environment as his issue. (No other Tories were using it.) Follow how he develops his green policies at his new website, the Manning Centre. Especially, check out point number three in his speech to the Conservative convention.
